The room was super comfortable and clean, with nice decor that made it feel welcoming. I loved how it was a short walk to the Vatican and surrounded by great eateries. One of the highlights was the coffee shop downstairs, which had amazing pastries! It made for a really enjoyable stay while exploring Rome.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my experience more enjoyable. It was only a short stroll to key attractions, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed and Netflix available.

The lift was quite small, making it difficult to carry luggage. Also, some of the amenities like breakfast weren't provided on-site, which might require guests to venture out for meals.

Perfect location, spacious rooms

Regolo Rooms Vaticano felt comfortable and welcoming. The staff went out of their way for us, especially Emily, who helped retrieve a forgotten tax form. The location was key. just a short walk to Vatican City and close to various shops and restaurants. Our Twin Room was modern, well-decorated, and very clean with great air conditioning. The charm of the area and the easy access to sights made every day enjoyable. However, the lift was a bit cramped, making it tough to maneuver with luggage. Room service needed improvement, as they only made the bed and didn't replace the towels during our stay. Adding some small amenities like shampoo would also enhance the experience. Overall, I loved the atmosphere but hope for better service in the future.

Our stay was marred by a small lift that was extremely cramped, making it quite challenging to carry our luggage. The kitchenette, while a nice touch, lacked some basic cooking supplies, which made it inconvenient. Additionally, the room cleaning service could have been more thorough. after our request for cleaning, it seemed like only the bed was made, and fresh towels were not provided, which left us feeling unsatisfied.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Vatican. We enjoyed the communal kitchen amenities, like the coffee machine and microwave. Plus, it was accommodating to have our non-service dog with us during the stay, making everything more comfortable for the family.

My wife says that a more spacious wardrobe would help for longer stays.
